Care Instructions

To properly care for and prolong the life of your organic period underwear, follow these simple washing instructions:

Rinse: After use, rinse the underwear in cold water until the water runs clear. This helps remove any excess blood before washing. If you are not ready to wash them immediately, hang them some where in the meantime; over a faucet works well.

Wash: Hand wash the underwear using a mild detergent in cold water, or place them in a laundry bag and machine wash on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid using fabric softener or bleach.

Dry: Hang the underwear to air dry, preferably in direct sunlight. You can dry them in a dryer on a low heat. Always ensure your underwear are completely dry before putting them away.

Stain removal: If you rinse them well immediately, there should not be any staining. If staining does occur, you can use a gentle stain remover or create a baking soda paste (mix baking soda with water) and gently rub it onto the affected area before washing.

Storage: Store your clean and dry period underwear in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

*Avoid soaking as this may break down the natural fibers*

By following these washing instructions, you'll ensure your period underwear stays in optimal condition, providing you with reliable and long-lasting protection.

Sizing

It is Important you get the best fit to experience the highest level of comfort possible.

We strongly recommend that you take a waist measurement and match it to your size in the size chart.

How to take your waist measurement:

Prepare the measuring tool: Get a flexible measuring tape, which can be found at most sewing or fabric stores or ordered online.

Locate your waist: Stand upright and find the natural crease of your waist by bending to the side. It's usually the smallest part of your torso, above the belly button, and below the ribcage.

Take the measurement: Wrap the measuring tape around your waist at the level of your natural crease. Ensure that the tape is snug but not too tight, and that it's parallel to the floor all the way around.

Read the measurement: Look at the point where the measuring tape overlaps itself, and take note of the number. This is your waist measurement.

If you don't have a flexible measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or cord, mark the spot where it overlaps, and then measure the length using a flat ruler.
