Size Guide

It is Important you get the best fit to experience the highest level of comfort possible. We strongly recommend that you take a waist measurement and match it to your size in the below chart.

How to take your waist measurement:

  1. Prepare the measuring tool: Get a flexible measuring tape, which can be found at most sewing or fabric stores or ordered online.
  2. Locate your waist: Stand upright and find the natural crease of your waist by bending to the side. It's usually the smallest part of your torso, above the belly button, and below the ribcage.
  3. Take the measurement: Wrap the measuring tape around your waist at the level of your natural crease. Ensure that the tape is snug but not too tight, and that it's parallel to the floor all the way around.
  4. Read the measurement: Look at the point where the measuring tape overlaps itself, and take note of the number. This is your waist measurement.

If you don't have a flexible measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or cord, mark the spot where it overlaps, and then measure the length using a flat ruler.
